Shaadi Main Zaroor Aana :You may find  it ludicrous but I found it humorous 😉

I know am late to review on this movie, but I have no choice .... 😊 most of people find this movie ridiculous but for me it’s quite entertaining , without any second thought its totally paisa vasool film for me ….yeah that’s true there is lot of contradiction , you cannot easily digest the sequence and thought of the story writer, as how is it possible Aarti ( kriti Kharbanda) is a PCS mains topper but she has zero personality , some way it’s also serial-like plot gets stretched in various directions, even most of the people find the “revenge” angle is ludicrous but I found it humorous. As i am having central Uttar Pradesh background so I feel more connected with the dialogue. Through this love story writer try to put a ray of light on the issue of dowry and  corruption incorporated in society and promotes gender inequality.

After so much of Gyan lets move on the main point of the film i.e. story and cast.

Basic story line of this movie is - Satyendra (Rajkummar rao) is a clerk in the excise department. Aarti Shukla (Kriti) is an educated girl from a conservative family in Kanpur; one with ambitions to be an officer. Her parents want her to marry Sattu, The two meet over coffee and instantly agree to get married. But, on the other hand Mishra’s don’t want their going-to-be daughter-in-law to work & earn this shows with the dialogues like “Mishra khandaan ki bahuyein shaadi ke baad naukri nahi karti” after that Aarti elopes on the wedding day because she doesn't want to be a housewife, and intends to pursue her career, leaving Satyendra and his family in a lurch. Five years later, destiny brings them together. But, things are different now. this time Sattu is the district magistrate who is investigating a corruption charge against Aarti, who is the sub-registrar. And whole storty turns into melodrama.

In this movie you heard lot about Dowry and shaadi ,writer Kamal Pandey will turn tradition on its head and come up with some witty reply , but the fact is this dowry still exist in our society ..its a bitter truth ..and one more thing that as movie shows female of the family is more greedy. Kriti Kharbanda looks cute and pretty as small town girl and The utterly adorable Rajkummar Rao seem like a hit jodi. Music is totally cool especially Arko’s song “Jogi” and arjiti’s  “Main Hoon Saath Tere”

All in all  the film is watchable, but the film could have been much better than it eventually turns out to be , At last Director Ratnaa Sinha is unable to keep a grip on proceedings or tell you anything new. But it’s a mash up of  Bareilly Ki barfi, Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya or Shubh Mangal Saavdhan .
